Terms & Conditions — hbdb Platform Rules

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hbdb ("hbdb", "We", "Us", "Our", "the Platform"). hbdb is an internationally operated online gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, and related services to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with hbdb, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the following documents which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference:

• The hbdb Privacy Policy (available at /privacy-policy)
• The hbdb Responsible Gaming Policy (available at /responsible-gaming)
• Any specific bonus or promotional terms communicated at the time of an offer
• Any game-specific rules displayed within the Platform

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an active account, contact the hbdb support team to arrange account closure. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

2.1 Amendments to These Terms

hbdb reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — such as a change to withdrawal policies, wagering requirement calculations, or eligibility criteria — hbdb will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on your Account. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will be updated on every change. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and hbdb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter herein.

Account Registration & Verification

Registration of an hbdb Account is free of charge. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are required to update this information promptly if it changes. hbdb reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) hbdb Account only. Duplicate Accounts — whether registered using different email addresses, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited. If hbdb detects duplicate Accounts, all but the earliest registered Account may be closed without notice. Any Bonus Balances held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Real Money Balances in closed duplicate Accounts will be returned to the registered payment method of the primary Account after investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. hbdb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify the hbdb support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, hbdb requires Players to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account confirming the registered mobile number)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document, where requested

hbdb may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is complete. KYC documents are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Bonus & Promotional Terms

hbdb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladesh calendar (BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day). All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration. Specific bonuses may require KYC verification or a qualifying deposit before activation.
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash without meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.
• hbdb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where there is evidence of abuse or where continued availability would be commercially unreasonable.
• Decisions by hbdb regarding bonus eligibility, wagering calculations, and dispute resolution are final and binding.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise, the following standard wagering rules apply to all hbdb bonuses:

• Standard wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount (e.g., a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal).
• Wagering is calculated on net wagers (stakes placed, minus returned stakes from winning bets).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports betting wagers contribute 10%. Game contribution rates are confirmed within individual offer terms.
• Bonus Balances expire if wagering requirements are not met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: ৳500 per round / per bet. Wagers exceeding this limit while a Bonus Balance is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hbdb uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse — including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; using low-risk hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; colluding with other Players; or exploiting software errors. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, hbdb reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the Account, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your hbdb Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions described in Section 5. Active bonus balances and associated wagering progress are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by hbdb

hbdb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Detection of a duplicate Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• A Player's Account being associated with a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction that the Player failed to disclose at registration.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require hbdb to restrict access to certain accounts or jurisdictions.

Where an Account is closed by hbdb for a breach of these Terms, Real Money Balances may be returned to the payment method of origin at hbdb's discretion, after deducting the value of any bonuses claimed and any losses established as resulting from fraudulent activity. Bonus Balances are forfeited in all cases of Account closure for breach.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hbdb will contact you by email prior to applying any dormancy policy. Following notification, if no login is recorded within a further thirty (30) days, a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 may be deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Reactivation is possible at any time by logging in and, if required, re-completing KYC.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbdb's total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hbdb is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if hbdb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.5 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact hbdb support in the first instance. hbdb is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within thirty (30) days, hbdb will cooperate in good faith with any independent third-party dispute resolution process. Formal legal proceedings, where applicable, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon in writing between the parties at the time of dispute escalation.
